Guarantee

We guarantee that every item we offer for sale is as we describe and portray in pictures. All bags are hand crafted in our shop by us.

All sales are final unless the item in question is unused, in which case we will credit it towards another purchase.

We will gladly repair any products from our shop. This will be done free of charge if due to a defect.

A nominal fee will be charged if the problem is due to ruff and tumble use—i.e, don't carry bowling balls or bricks in your new bag please!
